Acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of the Offer is the Client's action expressing their consent, namely — placing an electronic signature by applying their own signature on a touchscreen (mobile device, tablet or other electronic means).
Such form of electronic consent has full legal force and is recognized as equivalent to a handwritten signature in accordance with Article 25 of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 ("eIDAS Regulation") on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market of the European Union.

and is addressed to any individual intending to use the Contractor's services (hereinafter — the "Client").
Acceptance (acceptance) of the terms of the Offer is the Client's placement of an electronic signature by applying their own signature on a touchscreen (mobile device, tablet or other electronic means).
The Contractor undertakes, on behalf of the Client, to provide services aimed at protecting personal data and digital reputation, including:
2.1 Conducting diagnostics of the Client's devices and network traces to identify possible compromise, credential leaks or traces of unauthorized access;
2.2 Searching for and identifying the Client's personal data, documents or images posted on the Internet, including cases of their possible unlawful use by third parties — including for opening bank accounts, electronic wallets, financial profiles or participation in schemes related to fraud and money laundering — with the preparation of a report containing links, screenshots, metadata and risk assessment.
2.3 Taking actions to block, restrict access or delete discovered materials, including sending requests to hosting providers, website administrators, search engines, financial institutions, payment system operators and other responsible organizations, in order to prevent unlawful use of the Client's personal data and restore their digital security.
2.4 With the Client's consent — supporting legal procedures aimed at implementing the Client's right to deletion of their personal data ("right to be forgotten") in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), including the preparation and sending of relevant applications, requests and notices to data operators, regulators and other authorized entities.
The Client undertakes:
3.1 To provide the Contractor with accurate information, documents and other necessary materials that ensure the possibility of proper performance of services;
3.2 To confirm their legal right to dispose of the relevant personal data, documents and materials, as well as to give consent to their processing to the extent necessary for the execution of the terms of this Offer;
3.3 To refrain from using the Contractor's services for unlawful, illegal or unfair purposes, including actions that violate the rights of third parties or the norms of applicable legislation.
4.1 The Contractor provides the Client with a final report on the actions taken, including information on the measures taken to block, restrict access or delete discovered materials, as well as an assessment of the risks of unlawful use of the Client's personal data.
4.2 The Contractor performs all actions in good faith, within the limits of applicable legislation and technical capabilities, while guaranteeing absolute deletion of all traces of information from the Internet, taking into account the peculiarities of its distribution, archiving and caching.
4.3 The Contractor takes measures to identify and prevent possible unlawful use of the Client's personal data by third parties, including cases of opening bank accounts, electronic wallets, financial profiles, as well as participation in fraud and money laundering schemes, while providing the Client with information about identified risks.
All information received from the Client is recognized as confidential. The Contractor undertakes to ensure the protection of the Client's personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and not to transfer them to third parties without legal grounds, except in cases necessary for the execution of this Offer (sending requests to operators, hosts, search engines and authorized bodies).
6.1 The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this Offer within the limits of actually caused damage.
6.2 The Contractor is not responsible for results depending on the actions of third parties (website owners, search engines, hosting providers), as well as for complete deletion of information.
6.3 The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete non-performance of obligations in the event of circumstances of force majeure (force majeure).
7.1 This Offer comes into force from the moment of its publication and is valid until revoked by the Contractor.
7.2 The Contractor has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services in case of violation by the Client of the terms of this Offer or provision of inaccurate data.
8.1 Acceptance of this Offer is carried out by the Client by placing an electronic signature on a touchscreen (in a mobile application, on a website or in another form that ensures identification of the person).
8.2 The moment of signature placement is considered the moment of conclusion of the service agreement between the Contractor and the Client on the terms of this Offer.
8.3 Electronic consent has legal force and is recognized as equivalent to a handwritten signature in accordance with Article 25 of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 ("eIDAS Regulation") on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market of the European Union.
9.1 This Offer is governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the European Union, including the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS).
9.2 All disputes and disagreements arising from this Offer or in connection with it shall be settled through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be considered in a competent court at the location of the Contractor or in another jurisdiction provided for by the applicable legislation of the European Union.
